Ashleigh Hitter brings frontline experience in domestic abuse and sexual violence services to her role as a trainer for Hestia’s Everyone’s Business programme. She works with employers to embed effective workplace responses, deliver training on sexual harassment and violence, and ensure understanding of legal duties under the Worker Protection Act. Ashleigh empowers managers, HR teams, and leaders to create safe, informed workplaces, implement practical strategies, and support survivors. She is passionate about making learning on domestic abuse and sexual violence a life skill and believes that wellbeing and self-care are essential for sustaining safe workplaces. Ashleigh champions practical strategies for both staff and leaders to foster psychologically safe, supportive cultures, while celebrating the small joys in everyday life — from a sunny walk to a cosy candle or cuddling a dog.
