During this time, Antony has gained professional qualifications in Certificate in Money Advice, MIMA Cert and Insolvency Certification, CPPI. As Partnership Manager, Antony is point of contact for new and existing partners to ensure they are kept up to date with what PayPlan can offer and provide referral journeys to empower clients to seamlessly access free and confidential debt advice.  The employment sector, EAP and Union groups are key sectors we support to ensure they can provide direct support to employees, developing resources that aim to complement their needs and current support ecosystems.  In addition, Antony provides Financial Wellbeing webinars and sessions to ensure a holistic approach is taken when considering financial support. A key aspect of Antony's role is fostering partnerships that promote financial well-being and resilience and helping people navigate financial challenges and breaking the stigma around debt and ensuring that those in need can access free, impartial advice and resources to regain control of their finances. Day to day, Antony also offers a consultancy service to offer advice on solutions and their suitability for clients, this is available for any partners that we work with.
