Andrew is CEO and founder of Action Your Potential. After a 30-year career in five secondary schools working as headteacher Andrew set up Action Your Potential (AYP) in 2018. AYP now work in 180 businesses and schools nationally running the Build a #NeuroNinja programme. AYP put the brain at the centre of our understanding of ourselves. In 2024 AYP supported over 10,000 people to improve their productivity, well-being and mental health. We help businesses and their people become #NeuroNinjas. Andrew has an MA in education and an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King's College. Action Your Potential's mission is to save the world one brain at a time.
