Andrew has worked in construction for about 25 years. He got involved with improving the mental health of our workforce about 4 years ago after talking to a contractor who had lost his brother to suicide. That started a journey of discovery, learning about the appalling statistics around mental health and suicide in construction. Andrew strongly believes in a client led solution being pushed through the supply chain.
