Amy McKeown
Amy McKeown is an internationally recognised leader in workplace change, health, mental health, and women’s health. She founded one of the UK’s first digital mental health companies, developing an evidence-based cCBT tool for anxiety and depression, clinically validated and credited with suicide prevention. Amy later led EY’s pioneering workplace health, mental health and wellbeing strategy, with her framework helping to inform the World Health Organisation’s Mental Health at Work model. Through her consultancy, she advises organisations including Samsung, Burberry and the EU Parliament on leadership, workplace health strategy and system-wide change. An early NED of Mental Health First Aid England, she is a Trustee of the International Stress Management Association and a senior medical writer for the Society of Occupational Medicine. A long-standing advocate for women’s health, Amy sits on the ISO committee developing the first international standard for menstruation and menopause at work.
