Amanda is the TIC Lead for GMMH. Trained in Neurodiversity Assessment she delivers training and consultancy within AKS Wellbeing, is Chair of Healthwatch Manchester and an Associate Hospital Manager. Amanda was the founding Clinical Director, for The Employee Resilience Company, providing psychological support services to 2.5 million public and private sector employees. A Psychotherapist and EMDR / Brainspotting trauma specialist, Amanda's worked within senior clinical leadership roles in the NHS, with partnership management across MH, Acute, Specialist and Community Trusts. An experienced mental health trainer, workplace mediator, TRiM trained critical incident responder, and CBT life coach. She sat on the Executive Committee and Board of EAPA for 15 years, contributing to the EAPA buyers guide and standards. Currently sitting within the Advisory Group for APPTS (The Royal College of Psychiatrists and The British Psychological Society) accreditation scheme for psychological therapies, she is An Honorary Associate of The University of Salford.
