Alex is a former Army Officer of 11+ years and Great British Judo athlete of 10+ years, who is a skilled facilitator, coach and trainer specialising in Leadership & Management and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI). He draws on his wide range of experience of leading and working in complex and high-pressure environments to bring energy, empathy and insight to his work in supporting organisations to develop their people, performance, and culture. Alex is also an award-winning author of the essay entitled, ‘Courageous Conversations: An essential leadership tool’.
