Alessia Bianco is a recognised expert in domestic abuse and sexual violence, with extensive experience spanning frontline practice, family courts, and leadership of both IDVA and refuge services. She leads Hestia’s Everyone’s Business programme, supporting employers to embed strategic, effective responses to domestic abuse and sexual violence in the workplace. Alessia has delivered national training, contributed to government roundtables on policing and safeguarding, and works closely with organisations to develop policies, procedures, and culture that protect staff and create psychologically safe workplaces. She is passionate about ending domestic abuse and sexual violence, empowering employers and leaders to take meaningful action, and ensuring workplaces are safe, informed, and supportive environments for all employees.
