Since 2019, Richard Knight has led a men's health and wellbeing peer support group at Nationwide Building Society. The vision of the group is for men to think about their wellbeing and take positive action. The group does this by creating spaces for men to share their struggles and starting conversations around men's wellbeing. The intention is to change the culture of men's health one man at a time. #MensHealthMatters
