Voluntary Benefits Visits
The issue
We understand that getting employees to engage with anything is hard, especially when they don't have to. You could have the best employee rewards package out there, but without your people using them, what is the benefit?
This is an age-old problem faced by organisations large and small.
So, what can you do about it?
How can we help?
It's easy, really. We take your existing suite of benefits and wrap them up in a simple yet engaging presentation. We then arrange to visit your sites across the UK where we provide each colleague with a one-to-one consultation for around 15 minutes. No hard sell. Just a conversation. We do this on a one-to-one basis to make sure the presentation is tailored to each employee.
In most cases we do all of this for free. Yes, you read that right. There is absolutely no additional cost to the employer.
Why us?
We are champions of face-to-face employee engagement.
We go where you and your emails can not.
We go to your employees and shout about your benefits.
We engage with those who otherwise wouldn't.
And it's not just words. Our strategy works.
A major UK retail client reported a 186% increase in employee engagement after implementing our programme.
We want to share our knowledge with more companies across the UK and help as many organisations as we can to maximise the benefits available to them.
How is it funded?
As part of the session, we discuss one of three low cost, voluntary, health benefits. These include a Health Cash Plan, Cancer Insurance and Hospital Cash Plan. These are group rated insurance products which require little or no underwriting. This means, in many cases, any pre-existing conditions are covered. The premium we receive from the sale of these products enables us to offer the above service.
These are simple to use products with claims acceptance rates routinely over 98%.
