Employee Assistance Program
Proactive EAP is very simple. It runs off our health & wellbeing app, Platinum Wellbeing. This is a health management and engagement tool that we use to assess employee health and wellbeing through regular assessments.
Every 3-6 months depending on your tailored engagement level, we ask employees to complete the health score questionnaire.
The Questionnaire evaluates the four pillars of health and wellbeing. Physical, Mental, financial & Social/Environmental.
On completion the employee gets a report with recommendations on what support would be suitable for them to access.
Each employee has a structure of;

First two private health sessions are completely free

The next 8 bookings are discounted by 65% for each of the private health services we offer.

The following sessions are discounted by 25%.
