Our 3 hour online training courses in disability awareness and neurodiversity conditions for line managers, HR professionsals and team leaders. These online awareness training courses will help develop a further understanding of these conditions in a workplace environment, whilst supporting management staff. 

In this course you will:

- Understand the challenges that can be faced by neurodivergent and disabled individuals in a workplace - appreciating more about each condition and learning about the experiences of someone wih them.

- Exploring tools and interventions that can be used to support neurodiverse or disabled colleagues, as well as steps that can be taken to make interactions and environments more accomodating.

- Allow participants to build on their existing knowledge, expertise and skills increase understanding of disability eqaulity in the workplace (legislations, fair recruitment and diasbility discrimination).
