13 Mar 2024
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
' Attendees will understand more about the impact of working and caring on individuals (health and wellbeing, career progression, financial hardship), but also on businesses and the wider economy. ' We will share the headlines of our own and external research which demonstrate the positive impact coaching can have on carers ' We will set out why we think there is a need for coaching for working carers, what kind of coaching seems to work best, and what kind of outcomes organisations can expect. ' We will include input from - a working carer who has received coaching about their experience and changes they have been able to make as a result - a commissioner of workplace carer coaching about the benefits of introducing carer coaching in their workplace
