MENTUPP Hub: An Evidenced-Based Mental Health Promotion and Intervention in the Workplace

13 Mar 2024
Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing

The MENTUP Hub is an online multi-level intervention for workplaces. It offers interactive psychoeducational materials and resources for employees, supervisors and managers.

Workplaces are encouraged to introduce the MENTUPP Hub for their employees - to promote mental health in their workplace to address non-clinical mental health conditions, including stress, burnout, depressive and anxiety symptoms, clinical depression and anxiety, and reducing associated stigma.

The MENTUPP Hub was developed by a team of international experts within MENTUPP, a 4-year Horizon 2020 EU-funded project (No. 848137) that finished in December 2023.

In this session:

  • Provide a demonstration on what the MENTUPP Hub has to offer
  • We will show how the MENTUPP Hub has improved mental health in workplaces
  • Key facilitators to offering the MENTUPP Hub in your workplace
  • Outline how your workplace can start to use the MENTUPP Hub
