GOHWBT is now confirmed within the NHSE Long Term Workforce Plan as a five year national programme to strengthen support for NHS staff with a renewed focus on prevention. The programme is enabling major development of NHS OHWB services and provides many opportunities to support both the NHS workforce ' one of the largest in the world, but also other national policy initiatives key to economic recovery.
