GOHWBT is now confirmed within the NHSE Long Term Workforce Plan as a five year national programme to strengthen support for NHS staff with a renewed focus on prevention. The programme is enabling major development of NHS OHWB services and provides many opportunities to support both the NHS workforce – one of the largest in the world, but also other national policy initiatives key to economic recovery. This session will update on the programme and the continued opportunities for professionals working with an interest in HWB.
