Ensuring Your Wellbeing Initiatives are Neuroinclusive

12 Mar 2024
Neurodiversity

This session will frame the Neurodiversity Stream 2024 summarising key learnings from our report (McDowall, Doyle & Kiseleva) which we co-produced with Neurodiversity in Business. This session will focus on the strengths which neurodivergent talent brings which are remarkably constant across different neurotypes. It will then outline challenges experienced which also have some consistency across neurotypes, but challenges with specific skills differ. It will further outline how wellbeing differed between groups, and the key influences on wellbeing. Notably, the most important aspects are people’s career satisfaction, and the experience of psychological safety. The session will conclude by outlining several key foci for organisational practice to ensure that wellbeing initiatives are neuroinclusive.
