Encouraging Psychological Safety Through Inclusive Working Environments

Our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging workshop discusses discovering and managing biases in recruitment, managing diverse teams and creating inclusive cultures and also psychological safety. Our workshop is designed to be interactive, provoking our audience to think about their own biases, and how to create inclusive working environment so that team are psychologically safe. Learning outcomes for delegates: Identifying and managing biases and creating inclusive working environments. Raising awareness of psychological safety and how this is essential to employee health and wellbeing.
