This session considers the wider context within which workplace wellbeing and employee sits and how the often unseen, indirect impacts of world events can create a sense of permacrisis, increasing feelings of insecurity, anxiety and depression. The session will also introduce insights from workplace therapists working in organisational settings – through case studies.
