Coaching as a Neuroinclusive Wellbeing Intervention

Evidence suggests that, whilst wellbeing coaching is prevalent for around a third of neurodivergent workers, it is the least popular coaching topic (organisational skills and time management being higher). However, wellbeing and job retention are key issues for neurodivergent workers and their employers. How can we deliver well-being support to this population, who comprise around 15% of our workforce?
