11 Mar 2025
Culture, Values and Engagement
This session considers the benefits of a multigenerational workforce. It will consider the changing needs of people as they age. We will be looking at best practice that both recruits and retains workers in their 50s and 60s . We will take, evidence from the Centre for Ageing Better and overlay the practical experiences of employers who have committed to improve the work experience of older workers. We will also reflect on experience and learning from DWP Mid Life Review pilot in East Anglia. Delegates will be invited to explore short presentations from panel members, with a view to broadening knowledge on what works in this important area of the workforce, which is set to grow. The discussion will be chaired by Dame Carol Black.
