12 Mar 2025
Neurodiversity
The session will outline the concept of utilising a functional capacity evaluation (FCE) process for mental health, cognitive and neurodiversity conditions to assist in the development of safe and sustainable return to work programmes. Learning outcomes: - Understanding the benefits of using FCEs in assisting individual’s to return to work and how this is used with people with mental health, cognitive health and neurodiverse conditions - Understanding how FCEs and time standards impact on measuring and improving occupational performance. - Understanding how this translates into return to work and vocational rehabilitation programme designs and outcomes.
