This session will explore the systemic factors that contribute to workplace wellbeing and health; and how to create the right conditions for sustainable high performance. We’ll discuss how to create a healthy workplace and tackle the systemic challenges in workplace wellbeing; including the role leaders, organisations and individuals can play. This panel brings together subject matter experts and stakeholders from across workplace health and wellbeing to challenge some assumptions and debate what organisations can do to improve health, wellbeing and performance in their workforce.
