This session is aimed at both individuals and organisations and is focused on creating a shared understanding of supporting wellbeing of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. We will consider the ways in which neurodivergence can impact on people in their work, and how we can develop and promote self-care strategies. We will consider factors in the work environment, as well as ways in which managers and leaders can be more neuro-inclusive around wellbeing support. We will also consider the benefits of coaching support for neurodivergent individuals around wellbeing.
