Engaging Employees With Long Term Conditions

12 Mar 2025
Culture, Values and Engagement
Employees with long-term health conditions have high levels of unmanageable job stress, are more likely to experience presenteeism (due to pressure from their manager), and are more likely to feel that there is no one at their organisation that cares about them. Not surprisingly, this impacts on their experiences of work and engagement levels. The session will explore the latest findings on employees with long term health conditions from the Engage for Success 2024 annual survey and discuss how organisations can improve engagement.
