Good work is good for health. Marmot was clear in 2010, to reduce health inequalities one of his policy objectives was to create fair employment and good work for all. We will look at work as a health outcome and the newly published work and health consensus statement and the new measures that the Department for Work and Pensions has in place to support this agenda.
