Overcoming Self-Limiting Beliefs and Self-Acceptance in the Workplace

11 Mar 2025
Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing
In this session Lucy draws on years of experience of supporting people to identify personal strengths that help them to flourish, and crucially, any critical 'self-limiting beliefs' about themselves and their careers that may be preventing them from achieving their full potential at work, and fulfilment in their personal lives. Through deepening our understanding and self-awareness of the source of these beliefs, and how they may manifest in the way we think and behave at work, delegates will discover how we can empower ourselves to explore, challenge and create new patterns of being ourselves in relationship to others and across our working lives. Lucy will demonstrate some of the tools and techniques she finds most impactful when working with employees, illustrated with case studies to show how addressing self-limiting beliefs can enhance self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-acceptance, and increase personal effectiveness and mental wellbeing.
