Supporting Autistic Masking in the Workplace

Audience members will learn about the challenges of unidentified Autism from a late diagnosed Autistic. They will learn what Autistic masking is, and how this contributes to Autistic people being unidentified and/or late diagnosed. The audience will learn about the impact masking has on mental and physical health, and why it is used by Autistic people to survive. Audience members will understand why it is important to help Autistic people to unmask and what they can do to support this in their workplace.
