Understanding and Managing Five Generations of Workplace Health Needs

This session will: 1) Focus on health across the lifespan in general and consider the impact of 5 generations in the workplace on health and work needs. 2) Identify current healthcare trends: mental health in the young, rising cancer cases, older age and long term conditions 3) Reflect on different support pathways and the role of case management, VR and OH in this space to support employees 4) Consider different types of intervention required to help people to remain in or return to work whatever their generation Learning outcomes for delegates: Understanding generational differences and similarities Consideration of different health needs and how they ‘show up’ in the workplace Reflection on the Equality Act and workplace adjustments in this context. Reflecting on person / intervention fit.
