10 Mar 2026
Financial Wellbeing Zone
This session will look at emerging findings from new financial wellbeing research conducted with workers who use financial wellbeing tools. The study explores how these tools help people progress along the journey from financially surviving, to becoming more secure, and ultimately to thriving. With 89% of employees reporting that financial stress affects their ability to focus, learn and perform at work, we’ll translate these insights into practical, evidence‑based actions employers can take to strengthen financial resilience and improve workforce performance.
