Drawing on Civica’s workforce management research in 2025, this session explores how organisations can move occupational health from a reactive, compliance-led function to a strategic enabler of workforce resilience, productivity and retention. The session positions occupational health data as a critical missing link in workforce management strategies – and how leveraging it enables organisations to reduce burnout and absence, and make better workforce decisions.
