Drawing on large-scale organisational case studies, including Ocado, this session will examine how to design and sustain a Wellbeing Champion Network that is clinically informed, clearly governed, and built to minimise risk for both volunteers and the organisation. Delegates will leave with practical tips for implementing a safe, accountable Champion model, including guidance on training, boundaries, escalation pathways, and driving meaningful engagement across the workforce.
