This session is part personal story and part behavioural science exploration of neurodiversity. Dr Rachael Skews will explore the lived experience of individuals with neurodiverse conditions, drawing directly from her own life. She will outline what we can do to build a better relationship with our neurodiversity; as well as how to bring this understanding into practice when supporting or coaching neurodiverse individuals.
