Best Place to Work
Despite growing investment in wellbeing, many initiatives still fail to reach underrepresented groups. In this thought-provoking session, wellbeing is re-imagined through the lens of inclusion and psychological safety. Drawing on research findings, lived experience, and case studies, Dr Greene explores what it really means to create cultures of wellbeing where everyone can thrive and what leaders can do to close the gap between intention and impact. By the end of this session, attendees will: - Understand the psychological and organisational factors that influence wellbeing outcomes for underrepresented groups. - Explore inclusive, evidence-based approaches to designing wellbeing strategies that build belonging and trust. - Reflect on their own organisational culture and identify practical steps to make wellbeing more equitable and effective. - Leave inspired to champion a wellbeing agenda that supports true flourishing, for everyone.
