This session explores how employee engagement directly supports health, wellbeing, and workforce participation — drawing on national data from the 2026 Engage for Success Annual Engagement Survey. The research demonstrates that engagement is not a “nice to have”, but a vital lever in tackling unmanageable job stress, improving inclusion for those with long-term health conditions or neurodivergence, and reducing economic inactivity.
