Delivering and Running Wellbeing Programmes on a Budget

11 Mar 2026
Building a Health and Wellbeing Strategy

This session explores how to deliver and sustain meaningful wellbeing programmes when budgets are limited. Drawing on practical experience from working within a housing association, Natalie will share how to be creative, realistic, and focused on what truly matters to employees. The session will look at prioritising wellbeing activity, making the most of existing internal resources, and avoiding costly initiatives that deliver little long-term value. Natalie will share honest reflections on what has worked, what has not, and how wellbeing can be built into everyday ways of working rather than treated as an add-on. By the end of the session, delegates will leave with practical and adaptable ideas they can implement within their own organisations.
