What does "disadvantage" in the workplace mean and to whom? How does UK employment and equality law currently deal with disadvantage (and is it enough)? And how can inclusion and people teams be sure they are assessing the right thing at the right time? Angela will be sharing insights from her research and conversations with employers and disabled employees that look at issues of power, intersectionality, and effective measurement of dis/advantage in the workplace, while locating this in the UK disability, health, and employment policy agenda.
