Therapy Centre Services is an established counselling provider and an Organisational Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). We offer a wide range of professional counselling services for individuals, employers, charities, and third-party referrers.​

We provide confidential, professional counselling through online video (Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and telephone sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for all clients.

Our private counselling service offers ongoing support without time limitations for those who self-refer, allowing clients to access therapy for as long as needed.

For employers and third-party referrers, we deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy, with structured programmes offering 6, 8, 12 or more sessions as required.

In addition to counselling, we offer tailored Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training and bespoke online workshops for employers, covering essential topics.Our team of Counsellors provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges.
