Therapeutic Coaching Consultancy (TCC) is a private consultancy practice delivering expertise in high performance and mental health in the workplace.  Created in response to an organisational need for support at a deeper level, TCC’s therapeutic coaching combines the solutions-focused energy of executive coaching with the healing empowerment of psychotherapy.  Founded by accredited dual-practitioners of both professions, TCC has the empathy and psychological insight to meet people where they are, and the practical strategies, tools, and techniques to propel organisations to where they want to be.

The clinical experience of TCC associates is bolstered by corporate backgrounds and personal experience of senior leadership, enabling TCC to offer a unique combination of evidence-based services for individuals, groups and teams.  TCC enables people to achieve deep insight and understanding about themselves and their challenges, facilitating tangible changes in thinking and behaviour, and resulting in enhanced resilience and performance that is energising and sustainable.
