Able Futures, delivers the government’s Access to Work Mental Health Support Service in England, Scotland and Wales. Supporting employees and apprentices Wales who are working and living with mental health difficulties, nine months of tailored mental health support from qualified mental health professionals. The service is at no cost to both employers and employees. Helping people to manage issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression so they stay well and remain in work.
As well as supporting individuals, we can support SME organisations as well as advising employers and providers of apprenticeships on how they can support mental health at work.

We provide no cost, confidential, and practical support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges that are affecting their ability to work.
