We support organisations across the UK to have robust support in place for staff experiencing domestic abuse or sexual violence, including the provision of advocates in workplaces.

We provide CPD accredited training for organisations on sexual abuse, sexual harassment including the new legislative changes and duties, domestic abuse and other areas. All of our training is bespoke to each organisation and includes supporting companies to have domestic abuse and sexual violence policies to respond and refer colleagues appropriately.

We also are the home of Safe Spaces, available in pharmacies and banks for victims, and have developed by BrightSky app for all survivors of domestic abuse, HR, their managers and colleagues.
