Genius Within is a disability-led social enterprise who specialise in Neuro-inclusion. Established in 2011 to help neurominorities maximise their potential and work to their strengths, their work stretches from the Social and Criminal Justice sector to the private sector. In 2022 they won the Queens Enterprise Award for their work in the inclusion sphere.

They understand what works, not only because 68% of their team identify as neurodivergent, disabled, or both, but also from thousands of data points gleaned from research, impact data, and experience with clients.
