Awaken was founded in 2010 as a result of owner, Beverley Jones's burnout journey. This journey left her with a mission to help others not go where she went.

Through talks, workshops and her writing she is achieving that aim at every opportunity.

Beverley now helps others do what she did by sharing tips on transforming their lives from chaos and into calm,  thereby discovering how to live their life as their authentic self.
