3SC is a social enterprise that works in partnership with third sector organisations and SMEs/micro-SMEs to provide quality services. We win and deliver contracts in the employment, health and justice sectors.

We offer interventions including strategy coaching and training to support neurodiverse people in work, unemployed or in the criminal justice system. Our services are tailored to the individual’s specific needs. We are proud to have supported more than 900 employers and delivered thousands of hours of coaching.
