    During the session Raffaela will outline best practice for helping support your colleagues who have experienced pregnancy loss, difficult pregnancies and premature births. You will hear evidence about the business case for change, and hear the story behind the national baby loss policy that was launched to 1.7 million NHS employees in March 2024. You will also hear about best practice for supporting parents of premature babies and the positive impact these ‘heart led’ policies have on morale, retention and the well being of your workforce. The session will also give a brief overview of the Government Review in to Miscarriage and give an update on the potential miscarriage leave legislation being proposed for all employers.
